Marketing Executive
£30,000-£35,000 | Acton, West London | 5 days in the office
Your first proper marketing role shouldn't put you in a box.
A growing D2C FMCG brand is looking for a Marketing Executive who wants to get stuck in, try things and build a career across different areas of marketing. This isn't a role where you'll spend your first year updating spreadsheets and sitting in the background. You'll be part of the action. One week you could be helping deliver an event in the UK. The next, you could be supporting a TikTok Live, coordinating influencer product shipments, helping launch a campaign or working with a retail partner on a new activation. You'll report directly to the Head of Marketing, giving you exposure to a broad range of activity and the opportunity to see how a growing consumer brand actually operates. And the best part? You don't need to know exactly what you want to specialise in yet. Maybe you want to get into social. Maybe you want to become an event manager. Maybe you want to host TikTok Lives. Maybe you want to work on campaigns, partnerships or brand. This role gives you the opportunity to try it.
What you'll be doing
Events & Experiential
- Support the planning and delivery of marketing events across the UK, Europe and North America.
- Coordinate venues, suppliers, travel, accommodation, staffing and schedules.
- Prepare products, POS, marketing materials and event assets.
- Work with retailers, distributors, agencies and event partners.
- Attend events where required and support setup, activation and breakdown.
- Capture content, feedback and learnings from activations.
- Help identify new event and partnership opportunities.
TikTok Live & Social
- Support the operational delivery of TikTok Live sessions.
- Manage the backend of Live broadcasts and help ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Moderate live chats and engage with viewers.
- Support product launches, promotions and pinned comments during Lives.
- Work with hosts to create an engaging customer experience.
- Coordinate stock, promotional offers and technical requirements.
- Review Live performance and suggest ways to improve future sessions.
Marketing Campaigns
- Support the delivery of global marketing campaigns and product launches.
- Coordinate timelines and actions across multiple projects.
- Work with designers, photographers, videographers and creative agencies.
- Help manage campaign assets, approvals and production schedules.
- Support seasonal campaigns and new product launches.
- Keep projects moving and make sure deadlines are met.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

- Curious and genuinely interested in marketing.
