About The Role
We are seeking a motivated Marketing Executive with a focus on digital marketing to join a well-established, family-run manufacturing company. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the company's ongoing growth by developing and executing impactful digital marketing campaigns. You will be instrumental in enhancing the company's online presence, driving brand awareness, and engaging with both B2B and B2C audiences. The position involves managing various digital channels, including social media, email marketing, search engine optimization, and website content updates. As part of a friendly and supportive team, you will gain exposure to a wide range of projects, from product launches to promotional events, providing valuable experience and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications
- Relevant marketing degree or equivalent qualification
- Solid understanding of digital marketing principles
- Prior experience in managing digital campaigns across multiple platforms (e.g., social media, Google Ads, content management systems)
- Strong copywriting skills
- Analytical abilities to monitor KPIs
- Proactive approach to learning and development
- High level of organization
- Creativity and capability to work independently and within a team
- Good understanding of the manufacturing industry or B2B/B2C marketing strategies (advantageous)
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across SEO, email marketing, social media, search engines, and website platforms to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Create compelling content tailored for both B2B and B2C audiences, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and messaging.
- Manage and optimize social media channels, Google Ads campaigns, and website updates to maximize reach and performance.
- Monitor and analyze campaign KPIs, preparing reports to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Support the planning and execution of events, product launches, and sales initiatives, coordinating marketing efforts to ensure successful outcomes.
- Collaborate with the sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends and tools, continually seeking innovative ways to enhance marketing efforts.
