Job Type: Full-time (Hybrid – 3 days in the office)

About RFB Legal

At RFB, we’ve been helping individuals, businesses and investors navigate complex legal matters since 1948.

Today, we’re one of the UK’s leading law firms, recommended by The Legal 500 and trusted by clients across the UK and beyond.

Marketing plays a key role within the firm. From major website projects and digital campaigns to video production, events, podcasts and brand development, we’re constantly looking for new ways to improve how we communicate with our clients and grow the firm.

We’re now looking for a creative, ambitious, and highly organised Marketing Executive to join our growing in-house marketing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their marketing career who wants genuine responsibility, varied work and the chance to develop across every area of marketing.

Unlike many legal marketing roles, previous experience in the legal sector isn’t required. We’re much more interested in finding someone with the right attitude and ambition.

If you’re looking for a marketing role where you can have a real say, take ownership of projects and see your ideas come to life, this could be a great fit.

About the Role

No two days are the same.

Working closely with our Head of Marketing, Senior Marketing Executive, Developers and Consultants, you’ll support the delivery of marketing activity across the firm’s departments, helping bring ideas to life through engaging content, creative design and digital marketing.

You’ll have the opportunity to work across:

  • Website and digital projects
  • Content creation and copywriting
  • Social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok)
  • SEO and PPC
  • PR
  • Graphic design
  • Photography and video
  • Podcasts
  • Email marketing
  • Events and sponsorships
  • Brand development
  • Reporting and analytics
  • AI and emerging marketing technology

This is a hands-on role that would suit someone who enjoys both the creative and technical sides of marketing and is keen to develop a broad range of skills.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
