Omniplex Cinemas is one of the largest and fastest-growing cinema chains in the UK and Ireland. We are passionate about delivering exceptional cinematic experiences and engaging with audiences both on and off screen. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Marketing Executive to co-ordinate and deliver marketing activity across the cinema estate and company-owned retail destinations.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This role plays a key part in bringing campaigns to life at a local level, ensuring activity is delivered to a high standard, on time, and in line with brand objectives. Working closely with the wider Marketing team, the role focuses on execution, project management, and consistent delivery across all sites. This role will be based at the Omniplex Cinemas NI Head Office, located in Crescent Business Park, Lisburn.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Campaign Delivery & Coordination
- Coordinate and assist with the rollout of national and regional marketing campaigns across cinema sites
- Ensure campaign materials and activations are delivered on time and aligned with brand standards
- Support regional media planning and booking (radio, digital, outdoor)
Local Cinema Marketing
- Act as a day-to-day marketing contact for local cinema teams, ensuring clear communication and smooth execution of activity
- Deliver local marketing initiatives that complement central campaigns
- Assist with influencer campaigns, local sponsorships and partnerships
- Work closely with cinema teams to ensure campaigns are implemented effectively on-site
- Monitor campaign activity at site level and flag opportunities as they arise
- Maintain a pipeline of local engagement opportunities
Retail & Destination Marketing
- Coordinate marketing activity for Omniplex-owned retail destinations and shopping centres
- Deliver seasonal campaigns and on-site activations to drive footfall and engagement
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure activity is executed effectively

Performance & Reporting
- Track and report on the performance of campaigns, events, and local activity
- Compile post-campaign insights and identify opportunities to improve delivery
- Maintain accurate records of activity, partnerships, and outcomes
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a marketing executive role
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects across different locations
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, solutions-focused, and comfortable taking ownership of activity
- Commercial awareness and an interest in driving performance
- Experience in leisure, entertainment, cinema, or retail marketing desirable
The successful candidate will be required to travel to UK / ROI cinema locations to support local marketing initiatives. Some evening and weekend availability will be required.
