Marketing Executive

Neos Networks offers alternative working arrangements that give employees some flexibility, including office, home and hybrid working.

Location: Reading (Hybrid working with 2-3 days from home)

Salary: £27,000 - £35,000 depending on experience, plus performance-related bonus and a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your wellbeing, finances and family life.

Working Pattern: Permanent full time – 37 hours per week

At Neos Networks, we're looking for a Marketing Executive to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is eager to learn, build on their existing experience, and develop a clear pathway towards a future career in campaign marketing.

Reporting to the Marketing Director and working closely with our Campaigns team, you'll gain hands-on experience across campaigns, digital marketing, events, PR, communications, analytics and customer engagement activities. You'll see marketing strategy brought to life, contribute to high-profile projects, and play an important role in helping us deliver impactful campaigns that drive business growth.

What You'll Be Doing

As our Marketing Executive, you'll support a wide range of external marketing activities, including:

  • Assisting with the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns
  • Supporting events, PR, communications and brand initiatives
  • Working closely with our Campaign Manager to execute and optimise campaigns
  • Creating and coordinating engaging content aligned with our brand voice
  • Managing marketing data, campaign reporting and lead tracking
  • Supporting marketing analytics and performance measurement
  • Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to drive campaign success
  • Working with external agencies across social media, SEO, PR and website activity
  • Supporting budget management and marketing administration processes
  • Using customer insights and data to support campaign targeting and segmentation

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who brings enthusiasm, fresh thinking and a genuine passion for marketing.

You'll be naturally curious, eager to learn and excited by the opportunity to gain experience across multiple marketing disciplines. You'll enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, balancing competing priorities and building strong relationships with colleagues and external partners.

You'll have:

  • Experience working in a marketing environment, with a genuine desire to develop your skills and build a career in campaign marketing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to brand tone of voice
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach
  • A passion for learning and developing your marketing expertise
  • Confidence working with data, reporting and customer insights
  • A collaborative mindset and positive attitude

It Would Be Great If You Also Have

  • A Business, Marketing or related degree, or equivalent experience
  • Experience using marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Eloqua or Marketo
  • Exposure to inbound marketing and email campaign activity
  • Experience working with CRM systems
  • Knowledge of customer segmentation and campaign targeting
  • Agency management experience (desirable but not essential)
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
