About The Job
Location: Winchester - with occasional travel to other locations (mileage reimbursement)
Hours: Part-time, 25hrs per week (negotiable for the right candidate)

About The Role
You’ll lead and implement the marketing and communications strategy. Working closely with the Senior Leadership and sales teams, you’ll raise brand awareness, generate leads, and ensure our premium brand is represented consistently across all channels. It’s a varied, hands-on role with real influence.

Key Responsibilities
- Work to an approved budget
- Manage relationships with marketing agencies
- Analyse marketing performance and report on ROI
- Manage PR and create press releases to achieve maximum news coverage
- Manage our communication calendar and digital marketing channels
- Manage our Bluebird Care brand to ensure all activity reflects our premium standards, including engaging content and professional marketing materials
- Co-ordinate events and community engagement activities

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably within health & social care or a service-led sector
- Strong digital marketing skills (inc. SEO, AEO, and content management systems)
- Experience in PR, design and content creation
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent written and creative skills
- Ability to work strategically while delivering hands-on tasks
- Commercial awareness and budget management skills
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (business use)
- Right to Work in the UK
- A marketing qualification is desirable but not essential
