Mifu is redefining influencer marketing by introducing an intelligent, campaign-running co-worker. We are not another traditional dashboard or database. Mifu manages and optimises influencer campaigns end-to-end, letting teams focus on strategy and creativity. We bring automation and insight together to streamline collaboration between brands and influencers.

You'll join a young, dynamic environment that values innovation, data-driven decision making, and practical solutions to modern marketing challenges. We're a social team with activities across the month. Including the occasional pub quiz, poker, or anything else competitive. Steel sharpens steel!

The Role

If you're confident in scaling a business via social media and community building, and the prospect of taking on several varied roles and responsibilities within a start-up excites you, then keep reading! We're looking for an enthusiastic, charismatic, and friendly Marketing Executive to join our growing team.

This is a full-time, in-person role based in London Victoria, with flexibility to work from home occasionally. You'll run internal growth campaigns, own the company social media strategy, and build the creator community via the Mifu app. Day-to-day, you'll create growth content on LinkedIn and other socials, support sales initiatives with marketing materials, track performance metrics to optimise results, and support the operations team on campaign delivery. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and, most importantly, contribute new ideas that enhance Mifu's presence.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
