About Above
Combining robotics, aerial inspection, digital twins, and intelligent software through our SolarGain platform and mobile applications, we deliver actionable asset intelligence across the full lifecycle, from development and construction through commissioning and operations.
Our technology helps customers identify risks earlier, improve construction quality, increase operational efficiency, and build a continuous digital record of every asset, enabling better decisions throughout its lifetime.
As a leader in the digital transformation of the solar industry, Above is helping owners and operators move from fragmented inspections to connected, data-driven lifecycle asset management.
We're growing fast, and marketing plays a real role in that: telling the story of what we build, bringing in the right customers, and helping the solar industry understand what's possible when data, software, and inspection expertise work together.
The Role
We're looking for a proactive Marketing Executive to cover maternity leave, stepping into the day-to-day running of our marketing activity. You'll take real ownership of content, campaigns, and events - not just supporting them - working closely with the Head of Product and wider team to keep marketing moving without a hitch.
This is a genuine opportunity to shape how a growing renewable-energy tech company tells its story, with the autonomy to make decisions and see the impact of your work.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
