Marketing Executive
Location: Stocksbridge, Sheffield
Salary: £30,000 per annum

Based at our head office and manufacturing facility in Stocksbridge, Sheffield, we are passionate about delivering outstanding products and customer experiences. As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a creative and proactive Marketing Executive to help strengthen our brand and engage with our loyal customer base.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Marketing Executive to take ownership of day-to-day marketing activity across the Equi-Trek brand. Working closely with the sales and leadership teams, you'll create engaging content, support new product launches, manage digital channels, coordinate events, and help deliver campaigns that increase brand awareness and generate sales leads.
This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys creating content, building campaigns, and seeing ideas come to life.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Brand
- Plan and deliver marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Support new product launches, promotional campaigns, and seasonal marketing activity.
- Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all customer touchpoints.
- Assist with the production of brochures, advertisements, point-of-sale materials, and other marketing collateral.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports with recommendations for improvement.

Social Media & Digital Marketing
- Manage Equi-Trek's social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Create engaging content including photography, short-form videos, reels, customer stories, and behind-the-scenes features.
- Schedule content, manage community engagement, and respond to customer enquiries.
- Work alongside the sales team to promote stock, customer handovers, and special offers.
- Support website updates and digital marketing activity, including email campaigns where required.
Events & Customer Engagement
- Support the planning and delivery of exhibitions, trade shows, open days, and customer events.
- Attend selected events to capture content and represent the Equi-Trek brand.
- Build relationships with customers, ambassadors, influencers, and industry partners to increase brand awareness.
Collaboration
- Work closely with sales, production, and customer service teams to ensure marketing activity supports business objectives.
- Identify new marketing opportunities and contribute creative ideas to enhance the customer journey.
- Keep up to date with marketing trends, competitor activity, and developments within the equestrian industry.

About You
We're looking for someone who is creative, organised, and passionate about marketing.
You will ideally have:
- Previous experience in a marketing role.
- Excellent social media knowledge with experience creating engaging content.
- Strong photography and video creation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- The ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Experience using design software such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (desirable).
- Experience with website content management and email marketing platforms (desirable).
- An interest in the equestrian industry would be advantageous but is not essential.
- A full UK driving licence, as occasional travel to events may be required.
