Marketing Executive | AdTech | London (Hybrid)
Are you a marketing all-rounder who thrives on variety and gets things done without being told twice?
My client is a rapidly growing tech company in the AdTech space, working with brands, agencies, and more. If you are a year into your marketing career and you want to join a sector that is at the forefront of commerce and innovation, this is the place to be!
The present marketing and creative team structure is only a year old, and we're looking for the next hire to join our department reporting straight into the Head of Marketing.
The role
This is a truly integrated marketing position!

You'll get involved in:
- Events, merch, and social content
- Website updates
- Managing the PR agency relationships
- Drafting copy and visuals for social
- Briefing the design team
- Supporting go-to-market activity plus more
What we're looking for
- Around 1 year's experience in media, marketing, or an agency environment (placement year experience welcome)
- B2B experience preferred
- Highly organised, comfortable managing your own workload and tracking activity
- A strong writer with a good eye for visual content
- Curious, flexible, and non-linear in how you think, but able to own clear areas of responsibility
- Entrepreneurial spirit, friendly, bright, humble, no ego
- Someone who adds to a culture,

Package
- £27,000 plus bonus
- Discretionary bonus scheme (25% of salary, historically paid out close to 100%)

Practicalities
- Hybrid working, 2 fixed office days plus flexibility every other week. No Friday office days. We're looking to move quickly on this one.
