Firstly, this role is ideal for you if you want a career as a Marketing Executive. It’s a diverse, exciting role where your opinion and input will be valued. You’ll be handling a variety of marketing projects, including internal / external communication, implementing strategies, online and offline campaigns including writing content and planning, and supporting product launches, photoshoots, events, and exhibitions, so it will always be interesting.
It’s also a role with real responsibility as you will be looking after our 6 specialist divisions and their social media accounts. You’ll be well supported by a dedicated and experienced team who truly care about the quality of the work we produce. Key Responsibilities
Your role as Marketing Executive at phs Group will involve:
- Campaign Development & Execution: Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns, including content creation, copywriting, and digital activity.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with divisional managers to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
- Agency & Vendor Management: Manage external agencies to ensure effective campaign delivery.
- Market Analysis & Audience Targeting: Identify target sectors and work with internal teams to define and segment audiences.
- Content & Asset Management: Maintain a library of marketing assets, including images, testimonials, and campaign materials.
- Social Media Management: Manage content across LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook, ensuring brand and campaign alignment.
- Event Planning: Coordinate conference and exhibition activity to increase brand visibility.
- Website & Digital Alignment: Work with the Digital Marketing team to ensure website content supports marketing strategy.
- Budget Management: Deliver campaigns within budget, managing purchase orders and invoices as required.

Requirements
The ideal candidate for a Marketing Executive at phs Group:
- Marketing Experience: Proven marketing experience working with internal and external stakeholders.
- Organisation & Communication: Strong organisational skills with confidence presenting to management and collaborating across teams.
- Proactive & Self-Motivated: Able to manage multiple priorities independently and effectively.
- Qualifications: Marketing degree or CIM qualification preferred (not essential).
- Digital Tools & Platforms: Proficient in Canva, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Social Media & Content: Experience managing organic social media campaigns (Hootsuite desirable).
- CMS Experience: Knowledge of content management systems beneficial; training provided.
