Role Overview
We're looking for someone with a genuine love of writing and a nose for a good story, to help build Tapestry's brand presence and market position through B2B content people actually want to read. Reporting to the Commercial Director, this role is responsible for keeping our content calendar, website and LinkedIn presence running smoothly and consistently - turning Tapestry's thought leadership and expertise into engaging, on-brand content that supports lead generation and commercial growth - as well as supporting brand-building activity through events, PR and partnership opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Content Calendar & Execution
- Manage and maintain Tapestry's content calendar, working closely with the Commercial Director to ensure it's kept on track and aligned with quarterly and annual goals
- Support the development of thought leadership content - blog posts, LinkedIn content, articles, reports - working with the Consulting team to source case studies and topic ideas, and with senior Tapestry team members who will lead on writing
- Finesse and polish content drafted by others to ensure consistent brand voice, tone and quality, rather than acting as primary author
- Repurpose existing thought leadership and materials into new formats (e.g. long-form articles into LinkedIn posts, case studies into social content)
Content Production & Design
- Format and refine marketing and sales materials - credentials decks, proposals, sales collateral - ensuring visual polish and consistency with brand guidelines
- Use design tools (PowerPoint, Canva, or similar) to make materials visually engaging and easy to digest

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
