Contract type: Full time, permanent

Working hours: 5 days per week, 08:30 - 16:30, office-based

Location: Chichester

Salary: £27,000 - £32,000 per annum

Start Date: Immediately

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Executive to join our friendly and creative team based in Chichester.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Marketing Executive will play a key role in planning, delivering and optimising our core marketing activity. You'll be responsible for managing campaigns from concept through to execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, to a high standard, and with measurable results.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Marketing Executive, or an ambitious Marketing Assistant or Coordinator looking to take the next step in their career, to gain broad exposure across the full marketing mix within a growing business.

Whilst we operate in the B2B trade sector, our marketing is varied, data-driven and far-reaching. You'll work across a wide range of channels including email marketing, SMS, direct mail, PPC, SEO, social media, content marketing, PR, print advertising and website marketing, helping to attract new customers, strengthen existing relationships and drive long-term business growth.

You'll also take ownership of our organic social media strategy and content planning, working closely with colleagues, suppliers and external agencies to ensure all marketing activity is delivered professionally, effectively and on brand.

As a growing business, we're looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership, bringing forward ideas and contributing to continuous improvement. In return, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills, take on greater responsibility and grow your career as the business continues to expand.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
