Marketing Executive
UK / Portugal - Remote, with occasional travel to Wrangu offices, client sites and events
Wrangu is an Elite ServiceNow Partner and specialist technology consultancy, helping some of the world's largest organisations tackle complex challenges across data privacy, security, governance, risk and compliance.
We're a growing, international business with teams across Europe and a remote-first culture. Our marketing team is small, which means you'll get involved in a bit of everything, working closely with our Head of Marketing and teams across the business.
We're looking for a hands-on Marketing Executive who enjoys variety, is naturally curious and likes seeing their work make a difference.
What you'll be doing
You'll support the Head of Marketing across the full marketing mix, including:
- Delivering integrated campaigns and digital activity.
- Creating content for blogs, case studies, email, website, presentations and social media.
- Managing social media and supporting SEO and website updates.
- Supporting HubSpot, marketing automation, CRM and campaign reporting.
- Coordinating events, webinars and partner marketing activity.
- Creating marketing and sales collateral.
- Tracking marketing performance and reporting on results.
- Supporting Sales and Delivery with marketing materials and customer stories.
- Keeping up to date with technology, data privacy, security, GRC and the ServiceNow ecosystem.
We're a remote-first team, so you'll need to be comfortable working independently, collaborating virtually and making remote working work for you. You'll also have opportunities to meet colleagues at Wrangu offices, client sites and events across Europe.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

- Experience managing website content using WordPress or another CMS.
- A good understanding of SEO and digital marketing.
- Strong written communication skills and excellent attention to detail.
