Job Title: Marketing Executive
Location: Leeds
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000
Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday
Are you a creative and commercially minded marketing professional looking for an opportunity to take ownership of exciting campaigns within an established consumer focused brand?
We are currently recruiting for a Marketing Executive to join an established and growing business based in Leeds. This is an excellent opportunity for a marketing professional who enjoys working across a variety of channels and wants to play an active role in delivering campaigns, events and wider brand activity.
You will work closely with colleagues across the business to bring campaigns to life, creating engaging content and communications that strengthen brand awareness, support customer engagement and contribute to business growth.
Key Responsibilities As Marketing Executive
- Support the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns across a range of channels
- Coordinate promotional and digital marketing activity from planning through to delivery
- Create and coordinate engaging marketing content for social media, email, websites and other channels
- Prepare marketing materials including copy, imagery, presentations and promotional assets
- Work with internal teams and external suppliers to coordinate campaigns and marketing activity
- Support events, launches and other promotional initiatives
- Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, content and customer communications
- Monitor market and competitor activity to identify opportunities
- Assist with campaign reporting and performance analysis
- Maintain consistent brand messaging across marketing activity
- Provide guidance and support to a member of the wider marketing team, helping to maintain standards and encourage development

What We’re Looking For As a Marketing Executive
- Previous marketing experience within a consumer, commercial, retail, lifestyle or related environment
- A creative approach with strong attention to detail
- Experience delivering marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Confident using social media, email marketing and CRM platforms
- Experience creating and coordinating marketing content
- Proficiency with Canva and Microsoft Office
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Comfortable interpreting campaign data and using insights to improve activity
- A proactive, commercially aware and solutions-focused approach
- Experience with digital marketing, influencer activity or emerging marketing technology would be beneficial
