About eSign
eSign is one of the UK's leading electronic signature providers, helping organisations securely sign documents online while reducing paperwork, improving efficiency and staying compliant.
As a rapidly growing SaaS business, we work with organisations across legal, insurance, healthcare, government and financial services, providing innovative digital solutions that make document signing simple, secure and legally compliant.
We're looking for a creative and enthusiastic Marketing Executive to join our growing marketing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 2–3 years' marketing experience who is keen to develop their skills across digital marketing, content creation, website management and campaign execution within a fast-paced SaaS environment.
The Role
As Marketing Executive, you'll support the delivery of marketing campaigns and help promote eSign's products and services across a variety of channels. You'll work closely with the Marketing and Brand Manager to execute the marketing strategy, which includes creating engaging content, managing website updates, organising events, supporting partnership and referral marketing initiatives, and helping improve our digital presence.
Key Responsibilities
Content and creative production
- Draft marketing and sales copy: emails, case studies, landing pages, social posts, one-pagers and sales collateral.
- Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) to accelerate first drafts, then edit for tone, accuracy and brand voice.
- Build on-brand visual assets in Canva from existing templates (social graphics, event collateral, PDFs).
- Turn a written brief into finished, ready-to-publish assets within short turnarounds.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Partner and event marketing
- Support webinars and live events end to end: vendor timelines, printed material orders, registration comms, post-event follow-up.
- Coordinate with partners on co-branded materials and manage the brand approval process on both sides.
- Keep marketing tasks tracked and visible so nothing slips between teams.
Website and SEO
- Publish and update pages and articles in our CMS: layout, formatting, internal links, image optimisation.
- Set metadata, titles and descriptions in line with our SEO guidelines.
- Run a pre-publish QA pass every time (links, typos, mobile responsiveness, rendering across browsers).
- Monitor live pages for broken links, outdated content and formatting drift.
Customer advocacy and reviews
- Reach out to customers and convert them into case studies, testimonials and quotes.
- Run case study interviews and write them up into structured, compelling narratives.
- Manage our presence on review sites (G2, Google My Business, TrustPilot and similar): drive new reviews, keep listings current, and draft responses to feedback.
