About The Role
We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Marketing Executive to support the delivery of Macro’s integrated marketing, digital, and communications activities across the built environment sector.
This is a varied and hands-on role that provides an excellent opportunity to gain experience across the full marketing mix. Working closely with the Head of Marketing, you will help coordinate campaigns, create content, support digital channels, assist with events and communications activities, and contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of the marketing function.
This is an opportunity to join a growing marketing function at an exciting stage of development, supporting brand, digital, and communications activities across a global facilities management and workplace business. The role would suit someone who enjoys variety, is confident managing multiple projects, and wants to build experience across the full marketing mix.
The successful candidate will be a strong organiser, confident communicator, and detail-oriented team player who enjoys working across multiple projects and deadlines.

Core Responsibilities
Marketing Campaigns
- Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns
- Assist with campaign scheduling, project plans, and activity trackers.
- Help coordinate marketing activities across key sectors, services, and regions.
- Support the production of marketing collateral, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Assist with campaign reporting and performance tracking.
Content & Communications
- Draft and coordinate engaging content for websites, newsletters, email campaigns, and LinkedIn.
- Support the development of case studies, client success stories, and thought leadership articles.
- Maintain the marketing content calendar and support content planning activities
- Assist with proofreading and ensure brand consistency across all communications.
- Support the planning and promotion of events, webinars, conferences, and awards.
Website & Digital Marketing
- Update and maintain website content through the Content Management System (CMS).
- Support the implementation of SEO and GEO best practices across website content.
- Monitor website performance and digital engagement metrics.
- Assist with digital reporting and campaign performance analysis.
- Support ongoing website improvement and digital transformation projects.
Marketing Operations
- Maintain marketing trackers, content libraries, and templates.
- Coordinate with external agencies, suppliers, and partners.
- Support the management of marketing purchase orders, invoices, and budget tracking.
- Assist with the preparation of monthly marketing reports and performance dashboards.
- Maintain and support corporate brand guidelines across all platforms, including master presentation templates, corporate merchandise, and digital assets.
- Provide general administrative and project support to the Head of Marketing and wider business stakeholders.

Internal Communications
- Work with colleagues to maintain a consistent internal communications calendar.
- Develop content for internal communications channels, including Viva Engage and the company intranet.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in marketing, communications, or digital marketing.
- Experience supporting multi-channel campaigns.
- Good understanding of LinkedIn, email marketing, and digital reporting.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- High attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work.
- Ability to build positive working relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Self-motivated approach and the willingness to take initiative.
Desirable
- Marketing degree, CIM Marketing Qualification, or equivalent.
- Experience using project management tools such as Monday.com.
- Experience using Sprout Social, Google Analytics, and SEMrush.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and website optimisation.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Monday Campaigns, Mailchimp, or similar.
- Interest in facilities management, workplace, property, or professional services sectors.
