We’re looking for someone who enjoys the creative side of marketing but also understands what drives results.

You’ll be planning and running campaigns, creating content, and using data to improve performance. If you like seeing your ideas turn into real results, you’ll fit in well here.

You’ll be working alongside another Marketing Executive and the wider team to deliver campaigns across digital and offline channels.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Planning and delivering marketing campaigns across multiple brands
  • Creating content for social media, email campaigns, blogs, and more
  • Managing website updates including landing pages and new content
  • Analysing performance using GA4 and Click Dimensions to improve results
  • Driving website traffic through SEO and AEO activity
  • Building and managing email marketing campaigns
  • Bringing fresh ideas through competitor and market research
  • Managing events, webinars, exhibitions, and awards
  • Supporting product launches and marketing activity
  • Creating and editing video content for campaigns and social media
  • Using AI tools to improve content creation and campaign efficiency

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in a marketing role, ideally across both digital and offline
  • A strong creative mindset, someone who enjoys coming up with ideas
  • Confident writing and creating content across different platforms
  • Understanding of SEO and AEO and how to grow website traffic
  • Comfortable using data to improve performance
  • Organised and able to manage multiple projects at once
  • Someone who takes ownership and gets things done

Essential Requirements

  • Video creation and some editing experience is ideal
  • Understanding of how AI tools can be used to create, optimise, and scale marketing content
  • “Can do” attitude and willingness to try new ideas
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
