Marketing Executive – Kara Healthcare

Pay: Competitive Salary
Contract: Full-Time and Permanent
Location: Kara Healthcare Head Office, Leicester

At Kara Healthcare, we're looking for an enthusiastic and driven Marketing Executive to join our growing team at our Head Office in Leicester. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in strengthening our brand, promoting our services, and supporting the continued growth of our care homes.

You'll work closely with our senior leadership and operational teams to develop and deliver engaging marketing campaigns that showcase the exceptional care we provide and help us connect with residents, families, colleagues, professionals, and the wider community.

What You'll Be Doing

As Marketing Executive, you'll play an important role in developing and delivering marketing activity across Kara Healthcare. You will:

  • Develop and implement engaging marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
  • Create compelling content for websites, social media, email marketing, and other communications.
  • Manage and grow Kara Healthcare's social media presence and online engagement.
  • Support the development and implementation of marketing strategies across our care homes.
  • Create marketing materials, including brochures, leaflets, presentations, advertisements, and promotional content.
  • Coordinate photography, video, and other creative content to showcase our homes, residents, teams, and services.
  • Maintain and update website content, ensuring information is accurate, engaging, and aligned with the Kara Healthcare brand.
  • Monitor marketing performance and provide reports and insights to help improve campaigns.
  • Support local marketing initiatives and community engagement across our care homes.
  • Work closely with home managers and operational teams to identify and promote success stories, events, activities, and achievements.
  • Help strengthen Kara Healthcare's employer brand and support recruitment marketing initiatives.
  • Research market trends, competitors, and new marketing opportunities.
  • Ensure all marketing communications reflect Kara Healthcare's values, tone of voice, and commitment to high-quality care.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a creative and motivated marketing professional who can combine great ideas with strong organisation and commercial awareness. You'll ideally have:

  • Previous experience in a marketing, communications, or similar role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience managing social media platforms and creating engaging digital content.
  • Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills.
  • A creative eye and the ability to produce engaging marketing materials.
  • Experience with website content management and digital marketing.
  • Good understanding of social media trends and digital marketing principles.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Confidence working with colleagues at all levels of an organisation.
  • A proactive, positive, and hands-on approach.
  • Experience within healthcare, social care, hospitality, or another people-focused sector would be advantageous, but is not essential.
