At Wagamama, food is life đŸ„ą and we’re here to make every bite count. With over 165 restaurants across the UK (and growing fast) we’ve been dishing up vibrant, fresh Asian-inspired flavours since ‘92. It’s all about good food, good vibes, and good company đŸœđŸ”„

We’re looking for a Marketing Executive to join us on our journeyđŸŒ±

Ready to dive in and stir things up?

Purpose

To coordinate delivery marketing and menu/collateral execution across third-party platforms and the restaurant estate, managing campaign timelines, creative briefs, assets, proofing, suppliers and performance reporting. The role ensures menus, digital screens, POS and promotional activity are accurate, compliant and launched on time, with a focus on implementation and stakeholder coordination

What you'll do

  • Coordinate seasonal, LTO, value and menu-launch activity across delivery platforms, restaurant menus, POS, lightboxes, digital screens and relevant owned channels; maintain campaign flighting and site variations.
  • Run the menu and collateral workflow from food sign-off and creative brief through Asana asset collation, proofing, approvals, print matrices, production and distribution, working to supplier lead times
  • Coordinate product names, descriptions, imagery, pricing, calories and ingredient claims with food, technical, risk, finance and operations; ensure copy is accurate, legal and fully amended before release.
  • Manage print and digital-screen suppliers across standard, large-format and accessible menu formats; submit files, monitor deadlines, check final proofs and resolve production or delivery issues
  • Act as day-to-day contact for delivery partners, creative teams, agencies and suppliers; capture actions, track sign-offs, communicate changes and escalate risks quickly.
  • Maintain menu, campaign and collateral assets, guides and version control; manage platform uploads, promotional mechanics and updates across formats, providers and restaurant groups.
  • Monitor launches, flighting, trials and menu variations; maintain calendars, action logs and dashboards, report performance and support trading reviews and the forward campaign pipeline

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
