About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Marketing & Sales Expert to join our growing team. This is not a role for someone who manages social media. We are looking for someone who understands how marketing drives sales, builds brands, and generates business growth. You will be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns, growing our online presence, creating engaging content, and identifying new opportunities to help the business grow. We're looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems, and bringing new ideas to the table.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies
- Manage all social media platforms
- Plan, film, and edit engaging video content
- Create graphics and marketing materials
- Run and optimise Meta & TikTok advertising campaigns
- Generate leads through digital marketing
- Work closely with the sales team
- Monitor marketing performance and prepare reports
- Research competitors and market trends
- Improve brand awareness across all businesses
- Continuously suggest and implement new marketing ideas
- Take ownership of marketing projects from start to finish
