Salary: £45,000 + Benefits
Location: London
Hybrid Working: 3 days in the office, 2 days from home
Are you a creative and commercially minded marketing professional looking to take the next step in your career within a leading professional services environment?
We are recruiting for a Marketing & Business Development Executive to join a highly respected and successful professional services firm. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering impactful marketing campaigns, supporting business development initiatives, enhancing brand visibility, and engaging with clients and key stakeholders.
Working closely with senior marketing leaders and fee-earning teams, you'll be involved in a broad range of marketing activities, from digital campaigns and content creation to events, PR, CRM management, and thought leadership initiatives.

As Marketing & Business Development Executive, you will:
- Support the planning, delivery and analysis of multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Create and manage engaging content across websites, social media, email marketing, newsletters and promotional materials.
- Coordinate client events, webinars, seminars and sponsorship activities from planning through to delivery.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide reporting and insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Support website management, social media activity and wider digital marketing initiatives.
- Assist with PR activity and help maximise media opportunities.
- Lead and coordinate directory and award submissions.
- Develop and maintain marketing collateral, presentations, credentials and case studies.

About You
- Experience delivering successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Excellent copywriting, editing and content creation skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, website management and email marketing.
- Experience organising events and client-facing initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing performance data.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a commercial mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Adobe Creative Suite is advantageous.
- Law firm experience is a huge bonus!
