100% of our clients come from inbound leads or referrals, an achievement we're incredibly proud of, especially as we're only in our fourth year of business. We work exclusively with recruitment agencies using Bullhorn, primarily across the UK, with a rapidly growing client base in the USA and Australia.
As we continue to grow, we're looking for a creative, organised, and proactive Marketing Assistant to help elevate both the RE:STACK brand and the marketing support we provide to our clients. This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same. You'll be responsible for creating engaging content, managing campaigns, supporting events, maintaining internal marketing resources, and working closely with our clients to help them maximise their own marketing efforts.
You'll work closely with the team to shape and deliver our marketing strategy while supporting exciting client projects. You'll take ownership of our social media, newsletters, website content, LinkedIn posts and event marketing, and internal documentation, ensuring everything we produce reflects the high standards of the RE:STACK brand.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
