Role Description

We are looking for a Marketing Executive to play a key role in supporting the business by delivering impactful marketing initiatives that connect our AIS Marine products with the right audiences, strengthen our brand presence and contribute to our wider business objectives. Duties include:

  • Planning and delivering creative marketing campaigns across social media and web channels.
  • Taking ownership of social media activity for the product groups, including planning, content creation, scheduling, and performance tracking.
  • Sourcing, coordinating, and developing engaging content for external and internal communications.
  • Creating high-quality visual and written content, including filming and editing video, photography, blogs, and technical materials.
  • Continuously developing specialist skills in content capture, video production, and editing to enhance brand storytelling.
  • Taking ownership of prequalifications, delegating new requests to the team, and keeping track of progress.
  • Creating and publishing content on our intranet, gathering stories from across the business, and designing engaging news pages.
  • Identifying new opportunities to promote the organisation’s mission and increasing engagement with key audiences and stakeholders.
  • Monitoring campaign performance and providing regular insights and reports with a focus on measurable outcomes such as engagement, reach, and lead generation.
  • Using a range of software tools including Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Hootsuite, WordPress, Mailchimp, and SharePoint.

  • Degree or equivalent qualification and experience in marketing, communications, media, or a related field
  • Relevant certifications or training in digital marketing, social media, or content production (desirable)
  • Experience using industry-standard tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or similar (desirable)
  • Experience in digital marketing, particularly social media management and content creation
  • Proven ability to create engaging multimedia content, including video filming and editing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to build effective working relationships across teams and departments
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance data.
