Let's talk about the role...
Based out of our Stoke office, we're looking for a Marketing Executive to support our offices in the south, spanning our offices across London and the South East. Bringing creative flair and campaign expertise, you'll join our central marketing team and, work collaboratively with our Southern offices and central team, developing engaging marketing materials and executing campaigns that showcase our expertise and build client relationships across the region.
You'll:
- Create eye-catching design and marketing materials (social graphics, email templates, brochures) that reflect our brand values and resonate with our audiences
- Deliver engaging regional campaigns that support business development, client retention and thought leadership across southern offices
- Collaborate with office teams to understand their priorities and translate them into compelling marketing solutions
- Support the planning and promotion of networking events, seminars and business development activities across the region
- Adapt national campaigns for regional markets, ensuring messaging lands with our diverse audiences
- Work closely with the central marketing team on shared projects and brand consistency
- Help build our marketing presence and reputation as a forward-thinking advisory firm

Let's talk about you and your skills...
Hungry for a new challenge, you'll:
- Be comfortable travelling to our southern offices as and when needed
- Have strong design skills with proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar)
- Have experience in marketing, campaign delivery or a related creative role
- Be able to manage multiple projects and deadlines without losing attention to detail
- Understand brand guidelines and enjoy translating them into visually compelling materials
- Be a confident communicator who can translate client and office needs into marketing solutions
- Bring a collaborative mindset - you'll partner with teams across multiple offices and the central function
- Be proactive, organised and passionate about creating marketing that makes an impact
