Marketing Executive
RVT Group is in search of a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about marketing and are eager to support the execution of various marketing initiatives and projects.
As a Marketing Executive, you will work closely with the marketing team to implement marketing campaigns, manage resources, and support various events and promotional activities. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of creative content and provide critical administrative support.
Responsibilities
- Campaign Support: Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and print.
- Event Coordination: Help organize and coordinate events, including trade shows, conferences, and internal meetings ensuring seamless execution.
- Content Creation: Develop engaging marketing materials, including flyers, presentations, and digital content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Database Management: Maintain and update marketing databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity for effective targeting and tracking.
- Social Media: Coordinate social media efforts and assist with managing social media accounts to enhance our online presence.
- Reporting: Support the tracking of marketing performance metrics through tools like HubSpot, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing marketing supplies.

Essential
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a marketing-related role
- Proficient in using marketing tools and CRM software
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Able to work on-site

Desirable
- Experience in content creation and design is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field desirable
- Background in construction, industrial services, or health-and-safety environments desirable
- Experience coordinating events and external partners, such as trade shows, conferences, suppliers, or venues, is a plus
