The role also supports administrative tasks and ad hoc projects within the marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns across European markets.
  • Oversee European websites, ensuring high-standard, regularly optimised content.
  • Create and manage a social media calendar, owning UK social media profiles for localised, compliant, and consistent posting.
  • Develop and brief internal campaigns, communicating progress to the Regional Marketing Manager while making strategic, commercial decisions to minimise delays.
  • Collaborate with SEO, content, and web teams to improve and localise website content.
  • Draft and deploy campaign emails, promotional assets, and social media content.
  • Support campaign briefs and coordinate with design/content teams to align messaging with cultural nuances and brand tone.

  • Coordinate client events, sponsorships, and promotional activations.
  • Conduct market research and performance analysis for campaign refinements.
  • Maintain relationships with third-party vendors, publishers, and agencies.
  • Ensure regional compliance and regulatory adherence in all marketing materials.
  • Provide administrative and ad hoc support in the marketing department.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
