The Role
The Marketing Executive is a key contributor, shaping strategic campaigns in acquisition, retention, digital transformation, branding, and customer experience. Daily responsibilities span:
- Crafting compelling advertising campaigns
- Managing website content
- Analysing marketing data
- Engaging on social media
- Optimising search marketing
- Co-ordinating events
- Creating captivating content
The role also supports administrative tasks and ad hoc projects within the marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns across European markets.
- Oversee European websites, ensuring high-standard, regularly optimised content.
- Create and manage a social media calendar, owning UK social media profiles for localised, compliant, and consistent posting.
- Develop and brief internal campaigns, communicating progress to the Regional Marketing Manager while making strategic, commercial decisions to minimise delays.
- Collaborate with SEO, content, and web teams to improve and localise website content.
- Draft and deploy campaign emails, promotional assets, and social media content.
- Support campaign briefs and coordinate with design/content teams to align messaging with cultural nuances and brand tone.
- Manage translations and localisation with internal/external partners.
- Coordinate client events, sponsorships, and promotional activations.
- Conduct market research and performance analysis for campaign refinements.
- Maintain relationships with third-party vendors, publishers, and agencies.
- Ensure regional compliance and regulatory adherence in all marketing materials.
- Provide administrative and ad hoc support in the marketing department.

About You
We’re looking for a talented professional with:
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Marketing experience—preferably in financial services or digital B2C.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, HubSpot).
- Experience with Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, or similar automation tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet shifting deadlines.
- A collaborative mindset and strong stakeholder management skills.
- Commercial acumen and a data-driven approach to marketing.
- Commitment to continuous learning.
