📍 Location: Birmingham City Centre (Hybrid – 2 days in the office, 3 from home)
💰 Salary: £29,000 basic + monthly bonus opportunities

🧠 The Role
This isn’t one of those “do the same task forever” jobs. At CBG, you’ll get stuck into:
- ✍️ Writing copy that actually converts
- ⚙️ Building automations (and feeling like a wizard)
- 📊 Learning paid ads (Meta, Google… the fun stuff)
- 🔍 Getting into SEO + strategy
- 🧠 Diving into customer research
- 🤝 Working with real clients across the world
