Marketing Executive
Salary: £41,186 per annum
Location: Teddington, South West London
Working Arrangement: Hybrid – office and home working as agreed with the line manager
Contract: 12-month fixed-term contract, full-time, 35 hours per week
Overview
Our client, an international development charity, is seeking a Marketing Executive to support the delivery of fundraising and supporter engagement activity.
Working within a direct and digital marketing team, the role will plan and deliver multi-channel individual giving and supporter engagement campaigns across print, direct mail and digital channels. The successful candidate will manage campaigns from initial planning through to evaluation, working collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external creative agencies.
This role requires strong direct marketing and fundraising experience, effective project management skills and the ability to use campaign insight and testing to improve supporter engagement.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver direct marketing fundraising and individual giving campaigns, including direct mail appeals.
- Develop and deliver multi-channel supporter engagement campaigns for a range of audiences.
- Coordinate campaigns across print, direct mail and digital channels.
- Manage complex marketing projects from planning through to completion.
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, senior colleagues and external creative agencies.
- Monitor and evaluate campaign performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Apply a test-and-learn approach to campaign development and optimisation.
- Adapt plans and activity where required in response to changing priorities or campaign performance.
- Contribute strategic thinking and help develop new approaches to fundraising and supporter engagement.

Requirements
- Experience planning and delivering direct marketing fundraising or individual giving campaigns.
- Experience delivering multi-channel supporter engagement campaigns to different audiences.
- Experience working across print, direct mail and digital marketing channels.
- Experience project managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- Experience monitoring and evaluating campaign performance.
- Experience working collaboratively with a range of stakeholders, including creative agencies.
- Ability to manage activity from initial planning through to completion.
- Flexible and adaptable approach to work.
- Ability to influence and work effectively with senior stakeholders.
- Strong strategic thinking skills and an interest in developing new approaches through testing and learning.
- Ability to work effectively within a values-led charitable organisation and support its organisational culture and ways of working.
