Marketing Executive | Help Build a Brand from the Ground Up
Are you a creative marketer who enjoys seeing your ideas come to life? Do you thrive in a role where every day is different, and your work has a genuine impact on a growing business?
We're recruiting on behalf of an established hospitality business that is launching an exciting new multi-site café concept across Cheshire and Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity to join at the very beginning of the brand's journey, giving you the chance to influence its growth, build local awareness, and help create something customers genuinely love.
Working closely with the Head of Sales & Marketing and Operations Director, you'll become an integral part of the business, supporting everything from new site launches and promotional campaigns to social media content, community engagement, and brand development.
If you're looking for a role where you'll have the freedom to be creative, the opportunity to develop your career, and the satisfaction of seeing your ideas make a real commercial impact, we'd love to hear from you.
About the Company
Our client is a well-established and highly regarded hospitality operator with a strong reputation for delivering exceptional customer experiences across its venues.
As part of its continued growth, the business is investing in an exciting new café concept with ambitious plans for expansion across the region. Unlike many larger organizations, you'll be joining a business where decisions are made quickly, new ideas are welcomed, and individuals are encouraged to take ownership of their work.
The culture is collaborative, supportive, and hands-on. Everyone works towards the same goal, and people are trusted to contribute, innovate, and make a difference.
This is an opportunity to become part of something from day one and play an important role in shaping the future success of a brand with significant growth potential.
About the Role
This is a varied, multi-site marketing position where no two days are the same.
You'll support the launch, promotion, and continued growth of a new café brand, helping to increase awareness, drive customer footfall, and strengthen the brand's presence across local communities.
Working alongside senior leaders, you'll help deliver the marketing strategy while taking ownership of campaigns across digital, social media, and local marketing channels. You'll also work closely with site teams, ensuring every campaign reflects the brand and delivers an outstanding customer experience.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
