We’re looking for a creative, proactive and highly organised Marketing Executive to help grow the profile of our business as a leading TikTok Shop and social commerce agency across the UK, US and European markets.
About the Role
This is a varied, hands-on marketing role spanning brand marketing, content, employee-generated content, social media, events, partnerships and thought leadership.
You’ll work closely with teams across the business to uncover the people, stories, insights and results that make our business stand out - and turn them into marketing initiatives that build awareness, credibility and engagement with brands, partners, creators and prospective employees.
The ideal candidate is someone who understands how modern brands build relevance. You’ll be comfortable moving between planning a content calendar, helping a colleague create a TikTok or LinkedIn post, organizing an industry event and finding creative ways to get our agency in front of the right audiences.
Your Day-To-Day
Brand & Marketing
- Support the development and execution of marketing initiatives designed to increase awareness and strengthen our reputation across the UK, US and EU.
- Own and maintain the marketing calendar, ensuring campaigns, content, events and key industry moments are planned and delivered effectively.
- Help translate our work, expertise, client successes and industry knowledge into compelling marketing stories.
- Identify new opportunities to promote the business through campaigns, partnerships, events, awards, speaking opportunities and industry initiatives.
- Work with internal teams to develop case studies, credentials, marketing materials and other assets that support both brand awareness and new business.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone with approximately 2–4 years of marketing experience, ideally within an agency, technology company, high-growth business, social media business or similarly fast-moving environment.
You’ll be:
- Social-first – you understand TikTok, LinkedIn and modern content culture, and you’re interested in how brands and people build audiences online.
- Creative – you naturally generate ideas and can turn business activity into engaging marketing concepts.
- A strong communicator – you can write clearly, confidently and in a tone that feels human rather than overly corporate.
- Highly organised – you’re comfortable managing multiple campaigns, content streams, events and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proactive – you don’t wait for marketing opportunities to arrive; you actively look for stories, moments and ideas that can raise the agency’s profile.
- Comfortable with people – you can encourage colleagues to get involved in content, interview subject-matter experts and confidently work with senior stakeholders.
- Commercially aware – you understand that great marketing should ultimately contribute to reputation, relationships and business growth.
- Curious – you’re genuinely interested in TikTok, creators, ecommerce, social commerce and how consumer behaviour is changing.
Experience within TikTok, creator marketing, influencer marketing, ecommerce or social commerce would be a distinct advantage, but isn’t essential.
