Role summary
This is a brand-new and exciting role at Kensa, offering the opportunity to help shape the future of our marketing function. As Marketing Executive, you'll work across content, email, social media, web and events, collaborating with teams across the business to turn technical expertise into engaging marketing that helps more people discover the benefits of ground source heat pumps.
We're looking for someone who is creative, proactive, and eager to make an impact. This isn't a role where every process is already established. You'll have the opportunity to build new ways of working, improve marketing foundations, take ownership of projects, and bring fresh ideas to the table. If you enjoy rolling up your sleeves, getting stuck into a variety of tasks, and working with people from different departments to make things happen, you'll thrive here.
As a business driven by a clear mission, Kensa offers the chance to build a meaningful career while helping accelerate the transition to low-carbon heating.
We welcome applications from all backgrounds and communities. If you need any adjustments during the application process, please let us know - we’ll be happy to support you. You’re welcome to include a short cover note explaining what draws you to Kensa and how your experience aligns with the role, but it’s optional - please apply in the way that suits you best.
We embrace AI tools to help us work smarter and more efficiently. But when it comes to creative direction, messaging, and storytelling, we want your perspective. Use AI to build faster but bring your own human ideas and creativity.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
