Company Description
We are professional, agile, innovative, and our goal is to With our headquarters in Gloucester, Direct Online Services is a dynamic and progressive eCommerce-led omnichannel retailer of kitchen products. Founded in 2009, we have enjoyed consistent levels of profitable growth since inception, primarily through our flagship brand Worktop Express, the UK’s #1 online worktop retailer selling over 220,000 worktops per year to our B2C consumer base.
The business recently joined the €1bn+ global materials division of Broadview Holding (alongside Formica, Westag, Trespa, Arpa and Homapal), and are now looking to invest towards the future. We have significant plans to accelerate our growth over the coming years domestically and internationally, in existing and new product categories, both within Direct Online Services and also in collaboration with our Group colleagues.
Our people are a key area of investment for the business, and we are now looking for an ambitious and creative Marketing Executive to join our team and support these exciting growth ambitions.

Job Purpose
As Marketing Executive, you will report to the Head of eCommerce and Marketing and take an active, hands-on role in delivering marketing communications across our portfolio of B2C brands, with a primary focus on Worktop Express. This role will suit someone who enjoys getting stuck in: planning campaigns, writing copy, building emails, managing social channels and creating or editing simple graphics and videos to bring ideas to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and actively manage the marketing campaign calendar, working closely with the commercial team to reflect trading priorities, promotions and seasonal opportunities
- Plan, build and send regular email campaigns, including newsletters, promotional sends and automated customer journeys
- Manage day-to-day social media activity, primarily across Instagram and Facebook, including content planning, posting, community interaction and performance review
- Support offline marketing activity, including events, partnerships and the production of printed or physical marketing materials
- Create, source and edit campaign content, including copy, imagery and short-form video, to support promotions, product launches and brand storytelling
- Use tools such as Photoshop, Canva or similar editing software to produce practical, on-brand creative assets
- Produce clear monthly reports on activity delivered, key learnings and KPIs across email, social and campaign activity
