Marketing Co-ordinator/Executive Opportunity

An exciting opportunity for a Marketing Co-ordinator/Executive who will be responsible for supporting the delivery of Contra Vision's marketing strategy through the planning, creation, and execution of high-quality marketing communications and content.

About Contra Vision

The inventor of one-way vision graphics, Contra Vision’s window film products are highly visible on the high street, transport hubs, sports stadiums, vehicles, offices, and retail stores for advertising and privacy across the globe. The company has operated for more than 40 years and is well respected in its specialist field for its continual innovative, creativity, and technical expertise. Its small but dynamic team of 25 people are employed across different countries, with more than half in our UK office in Bramhall, near Manchester.

Location:

Hybrid office (3 days a week).
Note: We are open to this role also being full or part-time hours.

Job Overview - Key Responsibilities

Email Marketing

  • Plan, build, and execute email marketing campaigns across customer, prospect, and distributor audiences.
  • Create compelling email content, manage campaign scheduling, testing, and deployment through the company's email marketing platform Zoho Campaigns.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR and email marketing best practices.

Copywriting & Content Creation

  • Produce engaging and persuasive content across multiple channels, including blogs, email campaigns, and case studies.
  • Assist with the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns.

Marketing Collateral

  • Create and maintain a range of marketing materials to support sales, distributors, and marketing campaigns.
  • Support the management and organization of marketing assets within company systems and platforms.

Creative & Graphic Design

  • Create graphics for websites, email campaigns, social media, presentations, advertising, and distributor communications.
  • Ensure all creative assets adhere to established brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency.

General Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Support the wider marketing team with administrative and project coordination activities as required.

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in a marketing, communications, or content-focused role.
  • Strong copywriting and proofreading skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Experience creating marketing materials for B2B audiences.
  • Experience of Wordpress, Shopify, Zoho CRM, Zoho Campaigns (or email marketing platforms), and Adobe Design Software.
  • Team-oriented mindset.
  • Experience working with the United States would be an advantage but is not mandatory.
