Marketing Executive
If you’re a curious, commercially minded marketer looking for a role where you can actually make an impact, this could be for you.
We’re looking for a Marketing Executive to join the tml Partners team and work closely with our Senior Group Marketing Manager, supporting our growth while taking increasing ownership of campaigns and projects.

This is a generalist role. You'll work across the full marketing mix: our flagship CMO Report, BD content for our recruitment consultants, candidate briefing packs, LinkedIn and social content, email and CRM campaigns, and our website.
What you'll be doing:
Campaigns & thought leadership
- Supporting the rollout of our flagship campaign 'The CMO Report'
- Helping deliver end-to-end campaigns and turn market insights into engaging content
- Supporting client events and roundtables

Sales partnership & collateral
- Working with recruitment consultants to create pitch decks, proposals and bespoke BD content
- Developing candidate briefing packs to help attract senior talent
Content, social & creative
- Managing content across LinkedIn and other channels
- Creating social graphics, carousels and short-form video
- Using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Premiere Pro and Photoshop)
CRM, email & automation
- Working with Salesforce to support segmentation, campaign tracking and data quality
- Creating BD outreach and newsletters through Mailchimp
- Exploring AI and automation to make marketing smarter and more scalable
Digital & performance
- Updating website content through WordPress
- Supporting SEO and emerging AI-search best practices
- Tracking campaign and content performance and using data to shape what we do next.
Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for someone with 1-2 years' professional marketing experience, ideally within a B2B, agency or professional services environment.

You’ll be:
- Commercially minded and comfortable working with senior stakeholders
- A strong writer with an eye for good design
- Confident using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini
- Familiarity with CRM, email and digital marketing tools
- Organised, resilient and able to juggle multiple projects
- Curious about marketing automation and finding better ways of working
