Job Description
Marketing Executive | 6-Month FTC | Leeds | Full Time | Hybrid 2 days in the office per week (training will be office based)
ALF Recruit are delighted to be supporting a growing organisation in Leeds with the appointment of a Marketing Executive on a 6-month fixed-term contract.
This is a varied, hands-on marketing role with a strong focus on content, internal communications, employer brand and engagement. You’ll have the opportunity to create campaigns and content that connect people with the organisation, promote its culture and support recruitment activity.

- Creating engaging internal communications, newsletters, blogs, colleague stories and campaign content
- Supporting employer brand and recruitment marketing activity
- Developing content for social media and digital channels
- Creating recruitment adverts, social graphics, posters and other marketing materials
- Managing and maintaining internal digital communication platforms
- Supporting colleague engagement, recognition and wellbeing campaigns
- Helping to promote career opportunities, company culture and employee experiences
- Supporting recruitment events, careers fairs and other engagement events
- Monitoring campaign performance and using feedback and insight to improve engagement
- Working with stakeholders across the organisation to ensure communications are clear, engaging and on-brand
Profile:
We’re looking for a creative and organised marketing professional who enjoys writing, creating content and working with people.

You’ll ideally have:
- At least 2 years’ experience within marketing, communications, employer brand, employee engagement or a similar position
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills
- Experience producing digital content across multiple channels
- Good design skills, with experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisation and project management skills
- The confidence to work with stakeholders at different levels
- A creative, proactive and collaborative approach
Experience within education, care, health, social care or another people-focused environment would be advantageous, as would experience with employer branding, recruitment marketing or internal communication platforms.
