About the Role

We're looking for a proactive, hands-on Marketing Executive to own day-to-day marketing at ESi Controls, from social media, content and email to website, PR, video, and merchant and trade activity.

You'll help turn our marketing strategy into action: planning and delivering campaigns, briefing and managing external suppliers (design, web, print, photography and video), and making sure ESi communicates consistently with customers, installers, merchants and the wider industry, while developing your own understanding of those customers, markets, products and commercial priorities and, over time, taking increasing responsibility for shaping that strategy.

This role is designed to develop with the right person. Initially, you'll be hands-on across a broad range of marketing activity, building a strong understanding of ESi, our customers and our markets. As your experience grows, you'll have the opportunity to take increasing ownership of campaign planning, customer insight, product positioning and wider marketing strategy.

You won't do everything yourself, we work with external specialists across design, web development and print, but you'll own the briefs, the timelines and the standard of what comes back.

We're a great team with lots of exciting, untapped opportunities and plenty of scope to shape this role and make it your own.

Key Responsibilities

Planning & Campaign Management

  • Develop the marketing plan and keep activity aligned with commercial priorities.
  • Work closely with Sales and other teams to understand commercial priorities, identify opportunities and develop marketing activity that supports ESi’s planned growth.
  • Develop a strong understanding of ESi’s products and their benefits to customers, turning technical product information into clear value propositions and marketing content.
  • Support product launches from marketing ideation and messaging through to campaign execution with post-launch and lessons-learned reviews.
  • Manage the installer loyalty scheme, and support initiatives that improve engagement and retention.
  • Coordinate POS, promotional materials and marketing support for merchants, distributors and trade partners.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
