About the Job
Working within Content Labs
Content Labs is Haymarket's in-house content marketing agency, delivering integrated marketing campaigns and bespoke commercial content across Haymarket's portfolio of leading B2B brands. Working closely with Commercial, Editorial, Project Management and Marketing Operations teams, the division creates a wide range of content, including events, webinars, reports, articles and multimedia campaigns, helping clients engage their target audiences and achieve measurable business outcomes.
The Role
As a Marketing Executive, you will support the planning, delivery and optimisation of integrated marketing campaigns across a diverse portfolio of commercial content projects. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will help deliver campaigns that achieve client objectives, meet agreed KPIs and contribute to the continued commercial success of Content Labs.
This role plays an important part in ensuring campaigns are delivered accurately, on time and to a consistently high standard. You will create engaging marketing content, coordinate campaign activity across multiple channels, monitor campaign performance and provide reporting and insights that help inform future marketing activity.
Working within a fast-paced environment, you will build strong relationships with colleagues across Content Labs and the wider business, helping to deliver an excellent experience for both internal stakeholders and clients while contributing to the continued growth and success of the department.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Delivery
- Support the planning, coordination and delivery of integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns across a range of commercial content, including events, webinars, articles, reports, surveys and other bespoke content solutions.
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, meet agreed objectives and achieve client KPIs, including audience engagement, lead generation and event registrations.
- Build, schedule, execute and monitor email marketing campaigns from creation through to deployment.
- Write, edit and proof engaging marketing copy across a variety of channels, including email, social media, display advertising and native advertising.
Campaign Performance & Delivery
- Monitor campaign performance against agreed KPIs and analyse campaign data to produce reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Provide campaign insights and recommendations to support continuous improvement and future marketing activity.
- Support the commercial team by providing campaign performance data, case studies and marketing insights for client proposals and sales opportunities.
Collaboration & Organisation
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across Content Labs, Commercial, Editorial, Marketing Operations and Project Management teams to ensure campaigns are delivered successfully.
- Manage multiple campaigns and competing priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Build positive working relationships with internal stakeholders and contribute to the continued success of Content Labs.
Key Relationships
The Marketing Executive will work closely with colleagues across Content Labs, including Project Managers, Commercial, Editorial and Marketing Operations teams, to support the successful delivery of client campaigns. The role will also build effective working relationships with clients and external suppliers to ensure projects are delivered to a high standard and achieve agreed objectives.

Skills / Experience / Knowledge / Minimum Criteria
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Knowledge
- An understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing channels.
- Awareness of integrated marketing campaigns and how different marketing channels work together.
- A basic understanding of campaign reporting and performance metrics.
- Proficient in Google Workspace applications, particularly Gmail, Sheets, Docs, and Slides
Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce accurate and engaging marketing content.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Analytical skills, with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and identify opportunities for improvement.
- A proactive and adaptable approach, with a willingness to learn and contribute within a fast-paced environment.
Experience
- Experience in B2B marketing, digital marketing or agency environment is desirable.
- Experience supporting or delivering marketing campaigns across multiple channels is advantageous.
- Experience creating marketing content for digital channels, such as email or social media, is beneficial.
- Experience managing competing priorities and working to deadlines.
