Circle Digital Ventures is a technology company focused on improving human sustainability in the maritime industry. We develop practical, deployable solutions across seafarer health, safety, wellbeing, and financial inclusion, including industrial safety wearables, telehealth, mental health, and fintech solutions.

About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing Executive to support and execute marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, lead generation, and business growth.

You will work closely with the Head of Marketing and cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns across digital marketing, content, social media, events, and performance marketing.

This is a hands-on role requiring strong execution skills, attention to detail, campaign coordination, performance tracking, and the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management

  • Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, social media, events, and performance marketing.
  • Coordinate campaigns from planning and execution through to performance evaluation.
  • Develop and coordinate marketing content, campaign assets, and communications aligned with brand positioning.
  • Manage campaign timelines and ensure timely delivery of marketing activities.

Digital & Growth Marketing

  • Support customer acquisition and lead-generation activities across various marketing channels.
  • Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Track marketing metrics and provide insights to improve engagement and conversion.
  • Support marketing funnel optimization and explore new marketing channels and growth opportunities.

Content & Social Media

  • Create and coordinate marketing content for social media, websites, email campaigns, and other marketing channels.
  • Support social media planning, content calendars, and campaign execution.
  • Coordinate with creative teams to develop marketing materials and campaign assets.
  • Ensure marketing communications are consistent with the company's brand and messaging.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Product, Sales, Operations, and Creative teams.
  • Support the development of sales enablement materials and marketing collateral.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful campaign execution.
  • Support communication of product updates and business initiatives through appropriate marketing channels.

Agency & Vendor Coordination

  • Coordinate with external agencies, designers, copywriters, and marketing partners.
  • Communicate campaign requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Review marketing materials and ensure quality and timely delivery.
  • Support tracking and evaluation of agency and vendor performance.

Marketing Analytics & Reporting

  • Track key marketing metrics including lead generation, conversion rates, engagement, campaign performance, and ROI.
  • Prepare regular marketing performance reports.
  • Analyze campaign results and provide actionable insights.
  • Support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement of marketing activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, growth marketing, or campaign management.
  • Hands-on experience supporting or executing marketing campaigns.
  • Good understanding of digital marketing, social media, content marketing, email marketing, and events.
  • Basic understanding of marketing analytics, performance tracking, and campaign optimization.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
  • Experience coordinating with agencies, vendors, designers, or creative partners.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple marketing activities simultaneously.
  • Experience in technology, SaaS, healthcare, maritime, wellness, or B2B industries will be an advantage.
