The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing Clients & Markets team, working alongside experienced marketing and business development professionals, led by our Chief Growth Officer. The role will be based in either Bristol or Oxford, with some travel required to our London office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and deliver marketing plans for the Charities sector and Managed Business Services (MBS) in line with business growth objectives.
- Identify market opportunities, trends and competitive insights to strengthen Gravita's market position.
- Manage marketing budgets and measure activity performance to maximise ROI.

Campaigns & Business Development
- Create and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across digital, events, content, webinars, sponsorships and networking.
- Produce thought leadership and targeted content that enhances brand awareness and generates business opportunities.
- Build relationships with industry bodies, referrers and key networks to support growth and reputation.
- Monitor campaign performance, track ROI and use insights to improve future activity.

Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration
- Partner with senior stakeholders across the Charities and MBS teams to align marketing activity with commercial priorities.
- Act as a trusted adviser, providing regular updates on plans, progress and results.
- Collaborate with the wider Clients & Markets team to support Gravita's one-firm approach and broader strategic initiatives.
Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience:
- You're an experienced marketing professional within a professional services firm environment, ideally within an accountancy & advisory firm.
- You have proven experience of delivering integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- You have strong project management skills with the ability to manage priorities and deliver to deadlines.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content.
- You are a confident stakeholder manager, able to influence, solve problems and work proactively.
- Experience or knowledge of the Charities sector or similar public sector market segment is desirable.

The Key Details
- Our standard working week is a 37.5-hour week on a hybrid basis
- Core working hours are 10am - 4pm Monday to Friday
