About the Role
R13 Recruitment are excited to be supporting a well-established professional services organisation in their search for a Marketing Executive to join their collaborative marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and organised marketing professional who enjoys delivering campaigns, coordinating events and working closely with stakeholders to drive business growth.
As the Marketing Executive, you'll take ownership of delivering integrated marketing campaigns and events for a designated business area, supporting the promotion of specialist services to both existing and prospective clients.
Working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll develop campaign plans, undertake varied marketing activity and collaborate with digital marketing and design colleagues to bring campaigns to life across multiple channels.

The Day to Day
- Planning and coordinating multi-channel marketing campaigns from concept through to delivery.
- Organising and delivering both face-to-face events and webinars, managing logistics, promotion and post-event evaluation.
- Working alongside senior stakeholders to develop and gain approval for campaign plans.
- Collaborating with digital marketing and design teams to produce engaging campaign assets.
- Delivering campaigns across digital, print, social media, advertising, sponsorships and email marketing.
- Supporting the launch and promotion of new service offerings.
- Creating and coordinating marketing collateral including blogs, promotional materials and campaign content.
- Managing campaign budgets and ensuring activity is delivered on time and within budget.
- Monitoring campaign performance, producing reports and recommending improvements.
- Building strong relationships across the business to ensure marketing activity aligns with wider commercial objectives.
You Will Have / Be
- Previous experience within a marketing role delivering integrated marketing campaigns.
- Experience supporting or managing marketing events, exhibitions or webinars.
- Experience coordinating projects across multiple marketing channels.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence working with internal stakeholders and building effective relationships.
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, social media and email marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Experience using Microsoft Office and marketing software or CRM platforms.
- A proactive approach with excellent attention to detail.

Please note: a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential requirements, due to travel for events – your travel will be expensed at 45p per mile. This role is based in the Norwich office 5 days per week. Flexibility for appointments etc is of course offered.
