Marketing Executive – MA Business, Aviation and Automotive Portfolio
Hybrid (Dartford, 3 days in office)
The salary is up to £28,000 (DOE) plus company benefits.
We are looking for a Marketing Executive to join MA Business. This is a brand new role where you’ll bring fresh ideas and help shape how we grow and engage audiences across our aviation and automotive portfolios.
As Marketing Executive, you will initially focus on our aviation titles, with the opportunity to expand across the wider portfolio of publications over time. You will play a key role in delivering creative, well-planned campaigns that support audience growth, strengthen brand visibility, and enhance engagement across print, digital, and event channels.
You will work in a fast-paced specialist media environment where attention to detail, creativity, and collaboration matter just as much as delivery. This is a role for someone who enjoys being hands-on, is comfortable managing multiple campaigns at once, and takes pride in seeing their work directly influence audience growth and campaign performance.
As a Marketing Executive, you will:
- Own and deliver marketing campaigns that support audience growth, engagement, and promotion of aviation and automotive publications across digital and event channels.
- Plan, prioritise, and execute multi-channel campaigns in line with clear objectives, deadlines, and budgets.
- Create engaging content for email campaigns, websites, and social media, and support delivery of content within media partner agreements.
- Work closely with editorial, sales, and design teams to ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
- Support the management and ongoing development of websites and marketing platforms.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools, providing clear insight on effectiveness and opportunities for improvement.
- Contribute ideas to new marketing initiatives and help shape how we continue to develop audience engagement.
- Stay up to date with marketing trends, tools, and best practice across digital marketing and publishing.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
