Role Description

The Marketing Executive role at Fescue is a full-time, on-site position based in Windlesham. This role is responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote Fescue’s venue management platform, including digital, event, and partner-driven initiatives. The Marketing Executive will also manage communications across various channels, support lead generation activities, and contribute to continuous improvement of Fescue’s brand presence in the market.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Market Planning and Marketing, with experience in developing and executing integrated campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Market Research, including gathering insights, analyzing data, and translating findings into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to create clear, engaging messages for diverse audiences and channels.
  • Experience in Sales or close collaboration with sales teams, supporting lead generation and conversion activities.
  • Relevant experience in B2B or SaaS marketing for technology platforms, ideally in events or venue management sectors.
  • Ability to work on-site in Farnborough, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Comfort with marketing analytics tools, CRM systems, and basic digital marketing practices (e.g., email, social media, content marketing).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
