Marketing Executive

This client is one of the UK's biggest retail brands with a reputation for delivering their services on time, every time.

Due to an exciting period of continued growth, our client is actively recruiting a results-focused Marketing Executive to complement their high-functioning marketing team on a permanent basis.

Core to the growth strategy, this central role will work closely with a range of teams across the organisation—from Marketing and Sales, to Account Management and Bids and Tenders—to define and deliver a rich programme of campaign activities which drive positive engagement in the brand.

To support ambitious growth targets, the successful candidate will help reach prospective clients, facilitate the launch of new services, create and deliver the social media strategy, run events programmes, be responsible for a host of campaign activities and much more.

Key Responsibilities

  • The Marketing Executive is responsible for executing inbound marketing activity that supports acquisition across all parts of the business.
  • You will work closely with the Head of Marketing, Digital Marketing Manager, and Content Executive to help deliver all external programmes.
  • Create and implement B2B marketing campaign plan
  • Own all Account Based Marketing activity
  • Research, organise, and promote events
  • Support new product launches and internal briefings, where appropriate
  • Define LinkedIn activity and drive its value for engagement across the organisation
  • Work with the content executive to create targeted assets to support lead generation efforts
  • Be the brand ambassador and continually improve marketing collateral to maximise relevance
  • Work collaboratively with fellow marketers to plan campaigns effectively, share best practice, and coordinate go-to-market activities that make sense to customers and maximise x-sell/up-sell opportunities
  • Capture, articulate, and meet agreed requirements and success criteria for each marketing activity to demonstrate return

The successful candidate will demonstrate proven experience within a comparable B2B marketing role, with a specific focus on lead generation, marketing campaign development, and marketing funnel familiarity. In addition, you will display exceptional organisational skills, be comfortable analysing data, and thrive within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
