Role Description
This is a rare opportunity to join one of the world's most recognised music and events brands, helping shape the marketing strategy behind some of the UK's most influential electronic experiences.
Located in Manchester and working with artists from across the world and helping deliver and promote live events and experiences for close to half a million people each year.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Marketing Executive/Manager will play a key role in driving commercial performance across The Warehouse Project, Parklife Festival as well as our outdoor and international concert portfolio. You will be responsible for developing and delivering integrated marketing strategies that grow audience engagement, drive ticket sales and strengthen brand equity across all channels.
You'll be joining a talented team with a wide range of skills and interests, where a positive and collaborative mindset is essential. We’re looking for an ambitious all-rounder who is comfortable taking ownership, bringing ideas to the table and contributing across multiple areas of the marketing function.
You will be both creative and data-driven, using insights to optimise campaigns. The role requires someone who can balance multiple deadlines and objectives autonomously, with a calm and organised approach.
The Warehouse Project
The Warehouse Project, based in Manchester, was created in 2006 and hosts 40 music events between September and NYE each year at Depot Mayfield. Recently nominated as the world's favourite club, The Warehouse Project attracts more than 300,000 customers from around the globe each winter.
The WHP team also produce an 80,000 capacity festival each summer, Parklife Festival at Heaton Park with previous headliners such as Liam Gallagher, 50 Cent, Calvin Harris, Tyler, The Creator, The 1975, Charli xcx, Zara Larsson and many more.
We also work on a number of outdoor live shows at Wythenshawe Park, working with globally recognised touring artists including Noel Gallagher & The High Flying Birds, Fontaines D.C, Courteeners, Lewis Capaldi, The Cure, New Order, Sam Fender, The Prodigy and more.

Who you are
Competencies / Skills / Knowledge / Experience
- Prior experience in a marketing role in music, culture or entertainment (agency or brand)
- Experience working across all media channels with a proven track record of delivering campaigns across social media, out of home, print, PR, CRM and PPC
- In-depth knowledge and passion for electronic music, youth culture and live entertainment
- Ability to combine data analysis with creativity to develop campaign strategies
- Experience using social media platforms in a professional setting - Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Snap etc and an understanding of current trends
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously, ensuring high-quality delivery under pressure
- Understanding of Meta, Google and TikTok paid advertising, analytics and budget management
- A strong network and established relationships within the music industry
- Interest in content creation - video editing and graphic design i.e. CapCut, Adobe, Canva
- Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work in collaboration with various stakeholders

What the role includes
- Plan and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns across outdoor, digital, print and search platforms, from conception to completion - sign up, lineup launch, on sales and maintenance
- Secure and manage media partnerships that enhance brand reach and visibility
- Oversee, develop and help grow the brand’s social media accounts across all platforms
- Work closely with the Head of Marketing and Directors to develop annual marketing plans, campaign frameworks and audience growth strategies
- Oversee multiple launches at one time, meeting deadlines and achieving success measured by engagement, sign up and ticket sales
- Working with artist teams in a respectable and professional manner, understanding how our shows contributes to the artists’ careers and wider touring efforts
- Analyse sales performance and campaign data to build effective maintenance campaigns and identify opportunities to convert fans into ticket purchasers
- Build and maintain positive and collaborative relationships with internal teams (marketing, bookings, design, finance, operations, production etc.) and partners (sponsorship, press and social agencies, ticketing companies, freelance creatives, media partners)
- Identify and create cross-promotion opportunities with co-promoters and ticketing partners such as Ticketmaster, Skiddle, See Tickets, RA, Dice etc.
- Work closely with the ticketing, PR, creative, social and online teams to ensure that all of our campaigns are effectively supported at all times
- Will be expected to be a clear presence at our events. Responsibilities on show days include, but are not limited to; overseeing our photographers and videographers, managing socials, escorting media and PR and coordinating relevant names on our guest list
