Join the Nellsar Family
Nellsar is a family-run care group with 13 Homes across Kent, Surrey and Essex. Compassion is at the heart of everything we do, and we’re dedicated to creating warm, welcoming Homes where residents feel valued, comfortable and truly part of the family. From expert residential, nursing and dementia care, to in-house physiotherapy and rehabilitation, engaging activities, and our innovative approach to nutrition and wellbeing, we deliver personalised care with genuine kindness.
We're looking for a creative, organised and proactive Marketing Executive to join our growing marketing team and help us tell our story.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a versatile marketer who enjoys variety, loves both design and digital/social, and wants to make a genuine difference. Working closely with our Head of Marketing, you'll support a wide range of marketing activities across our 13 Care Homes, helping to bring the Nellsar brand to life whilst also supporting individual Home campaigns and initiatives.
As a small but mighty marketing team, we're looking for someone who’s hands-on, full of ideas, and happy to roll up their sleeves, as well as confident juggling multiple projects at the same time. In return, you’ll thrive working for an organisation who truly lives by its values, and where every voice matters.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
