Company Description
As a Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of impactful brand and marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement, increase sales, and grow market share. Working closely with the Marketing Manager and wider business teams, you'll help bring the brand proposition to life through creative campaigns, digital activity, and customer-focused marketing initiatives.

Job Description
Your role as a Marketing Executive
- Support the delivery of the annual Brand & Marketing Plan.
- Assist in the planning and execution of promotional and brand campaigns.
- Work closely with Operations teams and key stakeholders to ensure marketing activity is successfully launched.
- Collaborate with Digital and Loyalty teams to deliver social media, email marketing, and digital activation plans.
- Manage projects with internal teams and external agencies to ensure activity is delivered on time and to a high standard.
- Monitor guest behavior, market trends, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and insights.
- Act as the voice of the customer and support the delivery of a compelling guest experience.
- Assist with marketing administration, including budget tracking, purchase orders, and stock management.
- Liaise with Guest Services regarding marketing-related guest queries and feedback.
- Support additional brands across the Group when required.

What you'll bring...
- Ideally at least one year's experience in a marketing role.
- A passion for hospitality, consumer brands, and customer experience.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organization and project management abilities.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach.
- Commercial awareness with the ability to understand customer motivations and business objectives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify opportunities.
- Experience working collaboratively with internal teams and external agencies.
- A positive, flexible, and team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
