Brand Marketing Executive
About Glow Hub
Glow Hub is a beauty brand that creates accessible, results-driven skincare and beauty products designed for real life. Since launching, we have built an engaged community, expanded into major retailers across the UK and internationally, and continued to push boundaries through exciting product launches, partnerships and campaigns.
We are a small, ambitious team that moves quickly, values great ideas and is not afraid to try something new.
The Role
We are looking for a creative, organised and proactive Marketing Executive to join the Glow Hub team.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their marketing career who wants broad, hands-on experience rather than specialising too soon. You will support campaigns from concept through to launch and help bring Glow Hub to life across email, campaigns, retail, partnerships, paid media and community channels.
No two days will look the same. One day you could be building an email campaign; the next you might be supporting a retailer launch, helping organise a community event, creating social content or coordinating assets for a new product launch.
What You'll Be Doing:
Campaign Marketing
- Support the planning and delivery of new product launches, seasonal campaigns and key brand moments.
- Coordinate campaign timelines, assets and marketing materials across channels.
- Identify relevant trends, creators and cultural opportunities.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
