Ready to take the next step in your marketing career and make a real impact? We're looking for an ambitious and talented Marketing Executive to join our Marketing and Engagement Team. In this role, you'll deliver high-performing, multi-channel marketing campaigns that inspire future students to 'Change what's next' at the University of Nottingham.

About The Role

As a Marketing Executive, you'll support the planning, delivery, optimisation, and evaluation of integrated marketing campaigns that build awareness, generate leads, and drive student recruitment across UK and international audiences. Working collaboratively, you'll deliver campaign activity across a wide range of channels, including website, digital advertising, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and SEO. Using data and insight to inform your decision, you'll help create engaging customer journeys and deliver campaigns that achieve standout results.

This is an exciting opportunity in a fast-paced and creative environment, which has all the benefits of hybrid-working (a mixture of working from home and on our beautiful Jubilee Campus). Our university changes lives, so if you’re a highly motivated and disciplined marketer who thrives on meeting customer needs and delivering high-impact results, this is the opportunity you’ve been looking for.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
