Marketing Executive
Reporting to: Head of Marketing
The Marketing Executive will support the delivery of the firm's marketing and communications strategy by creating engaging content, coordinating campaigns, managing digital channels and assisting with brand, PR and business development initiatives.
Working closely with colleagues across the business, the role will help raise the firm's profile, strengthen its employer brand, support recruitment, improve client engagement and contribute to business growth through effective marketing activity.
This is a varied role requiring excellent organisational skills, creativity and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Campaigns
- Support the planning, delivery and evaluation of integrated marketing campaigns.
- Assist with campaign planning to promote the firm's services, sectors and expertise.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate marketing activity to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.

Content Marketing
- Work with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for case studies, success stories and thought leadership.
- Assist with proofreading and editing marketing materials to ensure consistency and accuracy.
Digital Marketing
- Manage and update website content using the firm's content management system.
- Assist with the management of the firm's social media channels, creating engaging content and monitoring engagement.
- Monitor website and digital marketing performance using analytics tools.
Brand & Communication
- Ensure all marketing materials comply with brand guidelines.
- Help identify opportunities to increase the firm's visibility across relevant media and industry publications.
Business Development Support
- Produce marketing collateral including brochures, presentations and client-facing materials.
- Support business development initiatives through targeted marketing activity.
Events Support
- Provide marketing support for internal and external events, including promotional campaigns, communications, collateral and post-event reporting.

Administration
- Assist with supplier coordination and marketing administration.
- Support reporting on marketing KPIs and campaign performance.
Requirements
Essential
- Previous experience in a marketing role, preferably within a professional service or B2B environment.
- Strong copywriting and proofreading abilities.
- Experience managing social media platforms.
- Experience using email marketing platforms.
- Knowledge of website content management systems.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
- High attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across the business.
Desirable
- Marketing qualification (CIM or equivalent) or working towards one.
- Experience using CRM systems.
- Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing best practice such as Google Analytics or similar reporting platforms.
- Experience using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience supporting PR campaigns and media activity.
